Most children spend only a few minutes with Santa, long enough to take a photo and possibly tell him what they want for Christmas. Here, they are transported into Santa's magical workshop.
Together with Mrs. Claus, families help Santa check the Naughty & Nice List, enjoy cookies, discover magical surprises, and experience the wonder of Christmas throughout the workshop.
Unlike traditional Santa visits, your family enjoys an unhurried 45-minute experience together. This allows genuine engagement, conversation, laughter, and wonderment. Each visit is thoughtfully guided from one part of the workshop to the next, creating the feeling of spending time with Santa and Mrs. Claus rather than simply posing for photographs.
However, throughout the visit, photos and or videos are being captured by professional photographers ready to create a beautiful reminders and keepsakes of meeting Santa & Mrs. Claus.

Reserve Your Visit
Due to the limited availability of Santa and Mrs. Claus, visits are scheduled primarily on weekday evenings with only a limited number of weekend appointments.
To reserve your family's time in the workshop, a non-refundable $250 retainer is required. This retainer is applied toward your $250 creation fee, which covers the preparation and production of your immersive Christmas experience.
Each family enjoys approximately 45 minutes inside Santa's workshop, allowing plenty of time for conversation, exploration, and unforgettable memories.
Be Present in the Magic
Throughout your visit, our North Pole elves will quietly photograph and film the experience as it naturally unfolds. Rather than directing every moment, we encourage families to simply relax, engage with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and enjoy being together.
To preserve the immersive atmosphere for every family, personal cameras and cell phones are not permitted inside the workshop unless the Media Package has been added to your visit. This package allows you to capture your own photos and videos throughout the experience.
On the day of your visit, the remaining $350 balance is due. This includes a downloadable gallery containing the images captured during your visit as proofs. Proofs are unretouched preview images that allow you to enjoy the memories from your visit and decide which photographs, if any, you'd like to have professionally finished.
If you choose to create heirloom artwork or professional portraits, simply schedule a design consultation with artist and photographer Jessica Lamb, who will personally guide you through the available options.

Your visit includes a downloadable gallery of proof images from your experience with Santa and Mrs. Claus. These proofs allow you to view the moments captured moment and choose your favorites. Images are presented 'as photographed' and have not yet been professionally edited, retouched, or artistically enhanced.
